After certain events in Shaded Out (the second episode Shadow Di appears in (officially, of course)), Shadow is now able to change form (and into less than desirable ones).
Also, Ben is at his best (with being funny) and worst (with being a Chew Toy) in this episode, trust me. XD

Okay, I'll devulge a little...
MAJOR SPOILER WARNING (Not that I care about spoiling things, I LOVE spoilers!):

So, the local Merasmus expy Arian, makes a deal with Shadow to make her into something that Di "will never forget" (as in, something that'll kill her, but she doesn't know this) and Shads happily agrees. He also promises her that he'll give her a voice (as she's both silent and her mouth's kinda... well... sealed shut) and he REALLY stiffs her on that one. Effin' load. Over the episode, she gets used to this new power she has and... well... it starts making her aggressive (and let me remind you, the last episode taught you, just because something looks mean, horrifying, or even downright EVILLY MONSTROUS, doesn't mean they are. I mean, Shads is so harmless and cute! ...well, except for this: https://www.weasyl.com/submission/1103825/bye-foo but, that isn't canon).

Well... due to her not being a complete idiot to the fact Ben dislikes/fears her, it starts to infuriate her after a while (when it didn't before). And... let's just say she has something inside her that influences those feelings coughcough. Yes, it's alcohol. No, it's not alcohol. Because I'm an a-hole, I'mma show what it is later!
