Hi everyone, it’s been a while since I posted an update. This one might be a bit long because a lot of stuff has happened.

I’m happy to report I have a new family doctor. She’s been very professional and has listened to all my concerns about my health. I’ve already had several appointments with her and I will probably have several more in the next few months. This is very good.

My Hashimoto’s Disease seems to be stable right now, the medication is working and changes to my diet have helped me get back to feeling almost 100% normal.

I’m still having a bit of anxiety but it’s getting better and my panic attacks have almost stopped.

Something new I’d like to share is that I was finally diagnosed with depression. It’s something I’ve struggled with my whole life and last year I reached out for help. My old doctor wouldn’t diagnose or treat me for it though, I don’t know her reason why but it was a long year of struggling with her.

My new doctor immediately diagnosed me and gave me a prescription two weeks ago. While it’s still too early to tell what effect the medication is having, I haven’t had a bad reaction and I feel like I have a touch more energy than I did before.

That’s about it for now.

I’m in the final stretch for college, classes will be officially done for me on May 1 and then I can graduate!
