Obviously, this was created as the title card for a let's play. The game was a survival-horror. So I saw it fit to turn myself into a zombie. The big empty space held the title of each episode. The title layout is a reference to Resident Evil 4, which is arranged as though it's actually titled "4 Resident Evil". The character on my shirt is also a reference to RE4.

This is easily the most gruesome image I've ever drawn. Also, I created it entirely in MS Paint.

I'm actually very hesitant to link to the let's play. It was recorded back in 2009/2010, and the video quality is pretty bad. But I just know someone out there is going to want to see the game, so [here]. Just remember: you've been warned.
