"Actually, I can't remember for sure if this was the first time I colored one of my drawings. But I'm going to say it is. I started here with a small set of 12 Crayola-brand colored pencils, but I eventually upgraded to a set of... (locates the box) ...72.

"This image is a little off, as I was trying to figure out how to properly scan images at the time. The real thing doesn't have a purplish tint in the red fur. I also wasn't paying attention to what I was doing and wound up coloring her right hand. And, according to my little sister (not Erika), I gave this fox manboobs. =P

"Also, maybe it's just me, but this fox reminds me a lot of Lara Croft."
