So giving props to inspiration finally: The last page, that whole "I DONT WANT TO TALK ABOUT IT!" panel, that was the first thing I drew, the genesis of this comic. But this page is the thing that might've convinced me to start the whole thing in the first place. It's always humans. It's always a "human into pokemon" tf setup for these, the idea that an already anthro "furry" character could have this happen to them... I do see a lot of TF art centered around it, but it's not often the premise for an entire ongoing comic.
Well Kree https://www.weasyl.com/~kree changed that last year with his PMD comic and the premise being about it happening to a furry (well, scalie, :3) and it gave me the courage to try this for myself. Definitely a recommend to read his comic wherever you can find it now.
Now I'm stuck here, hoping I can stick the landing too. I don't mind it at all. ^^

The initial comic does have an anthro shape in the first glow. I missed that the first time. I was wondering a bit why when the new Girafarig head said it was his tail, that the comment was just left to stand like that.
And if by PMD you mean the Halloween Poke'mon party that put Dee in a similar spot. I did find it curious that two similar ideas were happening simultaneously, but I did assume it was just a coincidence.

Yep, that was a not so subtle nod from the new head that "I know what we were, dude." Humans won't be unacknowledged, but there's animal people too and it's all coming out now. ^^
I meant Kree's comic with arceus, yeah. Kree absolutely did it first and I felt the compulsion to follow, hopefully not copying too much. I'm sure I was always gonna do girafarig TF stuff someday but he made me wanna try this as a much larger thing.

Nah it doesn't feel like a copy to me, you've got your own interesting story that I'm quite interested in seeing how it plays out! I'm glad I managed to inspire the start of a new comic with my nonsense! 😄
