Ohhhh boy how to begin explaining this without sounding absolutely bonkers right from the first upload...

I almost NEVER draw vent art. Under normal circumstances, thinking about that stuff just makes me angry until I never want to finish the picture and I prefer to work on happier things. Well for the last year or so, I had a voice in the back of my head that strikes every time I think of uploading to a major website. Happened long before any of them lost THEIR minds, it's just the general anxiety of how my work is perceived, or more importantly that it won't be perceived by anyone, and everything I do is pointless. And I hear that phrase over and over again: "This is a mistake." It's a mistake to come on, to interact, to bother to do anything creative with my time on this earth.

Some people agree with me that giving this guy a form and substance proooobably wasn't the smartest thing in the long run... but over time things have only got worse and worse so the voice, and the name I eventually gave it, has grown louder. This is why you've seen him pop up a few more times today, and why he'll unfortunately be here a bit longer I think.
