creative title yeah!!1 I know I say it a lot, but trying to work up the drive to post less refined things so you guys can see sort of what I'm up to more often, even if it's just a silly doodle like this. Based on a photo study, with some additional references for iguana face and elbow pads.
Forgot I have to apply my new coloring method a little sooner than when I did, so some detail got a little blown out. But I still like it. Thanks to those who hung out in the stream and gave suggestions, like diarmaidhutchence, everruler, kurrikage, lauralien, and others that I am forgetting! Apologies if I forgot you. May scrap later.

It didn't start as one, but it sort of became it, once the suggestion was made to add some red somewhere. Elbow pads were suggested, and they looked good, so I've been calling this Wrestler Deriaz in my head! Though I know nothing of wrestling, and am probably bad at it.

Really dig how you handled the way the lighting illuminates the forms, and you did a great job with the foreshortening on his left arm especially. Beautiful work, reminiscent of classical painting almost.
