Emil's a fox, and he believes that because of his species, he possesses "sly powers". However, he claims he doesn't use them for evil, but for good, and usually, he is a good fox. Sure, Emil is crazy and wacky at times, but not villainous like any of those bad foxes in fairy tales as such!
