I currently only accept payment through Paypal. When you contact me for a commission and I give you an accurate quote, I will require an email to send an invoice to. I will not begin work until payment is received.

Terms of Service

Unshaded or smaller works (digital sketches and reference sheets) may not go through a sketch approval process. The customer and artist will discuss in detail what is being commissioned. Due to the nature of digital sketch commissions, the customer can request edits one time. Further edits may require additional payment, at the discretion of the artist. A sketch approval process for reference sheets may be added if an understanding of the desires of the customer cannot be met without the artist contributing visually to the conversation. If a sketch approval process takes place, any edits requested after approval of the sketches may not be able to be accommodated. If a sketch approval process does not take place, the customer will be allowed two rounds of edits (one round of edits for simple reference sheets). Any further edits can not be guaranteed and are at the discretion of the artist.

For larger works (full images and badges), the customer can request as many changes as desired as long as the artist is still in the sketch stages. Work in progress shots will be provided in this stage. A sketch will be sent to the customer to either be approved or be edited. Once sketches are approved, the customer can request changes but they are not guaranteed. Further changes are at the discretion of the artist, and depend on the progress made in the work by that time. The customer can request work in progress shots at any point.

In the case of all commissions, errors in interpreting reference images do happen, and in such case, the artist will do what is necessary to fix the errors. Errors such as a clear marking on the reference being absent in the work, or a missing hair tuft clearly visible in the reference will be fixed free of charge. Errors resulting from a reference that is unclear, difficult to understand, or insufficient will not be considered artist error, and are not required to be fixed. To ensure that you are not responsible for any errors of the distinguishing features of a character, please provide the artist with a reference that very clearly shows any markings and important information about your character(s). Visual reference is required, but text to support the visuals or clarify confusing visuals is allowed in moderation. Differences in appearance due to artistic style are not considered errors, including but not limited to the shape of the character or the interpretation of certain markings.

Once your work is finished, you are not permitted to use the artwork for profit, edit the artwork with intent to claim it as your own, or post the work for sale on any merchandise. An exception is made in the case of selling the character depicted in the artwork with intent to transfer non-profit usage rights to the work as well, in which case the price of the character rights must reflect the value paid for the artwork and not exceed it. In this scenario, profit because of the inclusion of the artwork is prohibited.
