contura treats refugees like they ought to be treated
with compassion and support so that the LAST thing youve got to worry about is feeding, clothing, housing and keeping your health when you're already dealing with the trauma that caused you to be displaced in the first place-

Too bad the world is kind of like, "No fuck you we can't give you ALL that.... We might can put you in some tent housing... And give you SOME food...But if it runs out when we get to your part in line then oh well. At least you're here."-
i'm pretty sure some countries must have programs like this! obviously not the US, but i'm almost sure somewhere out there is on par with my fantasy cities

It's really nice to see an alien race that isn't all "hurr grr. Gotta be full of villianous jerks" but also not full of "I am egobutts cause our society is so better than your society". I imagine like many a thing, it's not perfect...but it's nice to see a race/culture that has such dominant positive qualities without it coming across as some sort of soapbox on the creators part. If that makes any sense as I type in my Nyquil state. XD

its so easy to make an alien race thats just like a living breathing straw man. like LOOK AT THESE GUYS, THEY ARE A THINLY VEILED ATTEMPT AT ME TOUCHING ON A CURRENT WORLD ISSUE BY POINTING AT BAD PEOPLE AND GOIN THEM BADi feel like it works a lot better when you point at good stuff and go 'that good' and then you know the more the baddies fuck up from that point the more obvious the contrast is
