This hurt to make, but keeping the thoughts inside was hurting me a whole lot more.

It feels like I post something like this every other month, so I understand if you'd rather pass it by.

It's good that you let our your inner struggles. If you haven't already, look for some help to get support for your struggles.
I'm sure there is people around you and if not than there is always professional help.

I appreciate that, thank you for sharing. <3

I have gotten professional help and I've got a lot of support besides that too, but my thoughts are still my own to deal with and I don't always have the best response to them. I'm doing my best, though.

My own mood cycles as well. There's a small weekly pattern (weds is my low day), a monthly pattern (hello menstrual period making me super depressed) and a yearly period (holidays are tough). I often feel frustrated that I can be aware of my own pattern, but still feel unable to stop it from happening. I'm trying to reframe my thoughts on it; you can't stop feeling and just switch to happy 365 a year, but you can work with and around and through it if you know about it. It's a weird victory.

I've been relearning that lately cause of a few drastic changes allowing me to refocus my attention, for better or worse, but damn if the curveballs don't just keep coming in spite of that.
