A 'Bree For Me! Part 1 - by Rena-PikaLvr & Me

Charem

Umbreons! Quiet, shadowed predators they are, sneaky and clever, able to hide and operate perfectly in the inkiest of the blackest nights... It's no wonder an Eevee evolves into such a sleek creature only during the darker hours; truly, a Bree is at their best when the moon hangs high in the sky...and ideally shrouded by butts, so you can't even make out this creeping creature beyond the glow of its eerie rings until their jaws are around your head...

But... During the DAY, on the other paw... ^^; Don't get me wrong; an Umbreon isn't ENTIRELY weakened while the sun's out. But, there's less shadows for them to sneak through, less deception for them to play, and its inky-black fur simply stands out in the light.

Meanwhile, it is no secret that we fire-types tend to love the daytime, when the sun can bask down its wonderful heat onto our bodies. <3 It's fair to say that, if Umbreons thrive in the night, then Charmeleons thrive in the light!

And when we thrive, we eat... ;3

This fine sunny day, one Umbreon was hunting for his own meal, apparently having dismissed his nocturnal leanings for the day due to simply being too hungry to wait till night. A bad decision, in the long run; his dark fur did indeed stand out amongst the green grass, and he wasn't able to catch even a single Rattata before the potential meal had spotted him and dashed off.

It was admittedly somewhat amusing to watch him try and try and try, the many futile dashes and pounces of the 'Bree quickly tuckering him out. Finally a look of disgust landed across the unlucky fox's face, who turned from his failed hunting grounds in a ragequittish way.

That's about when I pounced him, of course. :3~

Even during the day, one must be careful around a Dark type; they can have many tricks and ethereal abilities that can prove dangerous. But the Umbreon has already weakened himself for me, making it just a matter of getting the element of surprise - which showing off my gaping jaws tended to do!

Cheap, you say? Really, I was just countering an Umbreon's natural trickery with my own... ;3

I crammed the Dark-type's frontpaws and head directly into my plush throat, giving him little time to make sense of his situation before I'd trapped half his form. And while he was working that out, I swallowed powerfully, resting my paws on his tush to shove him deeper, his chest fur matting down with drool as it also buried past my jaws.

The Umbreon began to struggle at this point, backlegs scrambling wildly for some sort of support, which the nearby ground was actually allowing. The resistance began to annoy me, so I strained my head up high and half-leaned, half-collapsed against a nearby tree for support. The Dark-type was just as big as I was, and hanging half its weight above my head would've toppled me over otherwise! The tree seemed to creak slightly as I thudded my back heavily against it, but otherwise stood solidly, allowing me a half-muffled sigh of relief as I kept my head up and my body flat to the bark.

'This position will work just fine...' I thought to myself as I resumed my swallowing, glurk-gulping more leisurely this time...

~ Continued in Part 2! ~

Rena-PikaLvr over on DA drew this epic drawing up after we agreed to a collaboration. ^..^ Originally it was to just be one drawing, but a second was made as well, which was a nice bonus! As per usual for my collabs, Rena did the lines, and I did the color and a few other effects. Thanks again for all this, Rena!

The Umbreon isn't anybody in particular - I just enjoy a good Bree-meal from time to time. ;3 Almost as much as I enjoy BEING their meal, hehehe~

Part 2 (as well as part 2 of the story) is here: http://www.furaffinity.net/view/8865531/

(Derp, I forgot to write '& Me' at the end of the titles like I always do on collab works.)
