Normally I don't post WIP shots on my gallery sites like Weasyl (though I do so almost daily on my Twitter/Tumblr/Instagram-- be sure to follow me there for way more work than I post here!), but I felt like this one was at a good stage for a preview!
This is some sketch progress on the next piece in my trans paintings series! This one is based on the word ‘drone’, and the concept of becoming so used to a state of discomfort or emotional pain that you assume it is just the background noise of existence.
Now that I’ve got the sketch worked out, it’s time to transfer it to a surface and start painting...

Looking pretty good! Only things that struck out to me is that the fingers on her lower hand appear to be a bit too long, and then how her other arm connects . The way it goes down behind her legs makes it appear as if she has some super long right upper arm.
Looking forward to seeing the finished one though!
