Dont ask her questions of her condition. Just lead her to the shower and tell her to take all the time she needs.
Lead Kaari to the shower asap.

I take her into the bathroom and briefly go over where everything’s at.

Do you have any shower products that would help with fleas?

Lana: ”Shoot… I’m going to have to go get some better soap and shampoo for this. I don’t have anything for fleas.”

Kaari: “D-don’t worry! I brought some flea shampoo with me in my purse. I- Lana I really hate asking more, but-“
She pauses for a moment and gets lost in scratching away at her ears.

Lana: “Kaari, I’m here for you. If you need anything, please just ask.”

Kaari: “I can’t do this by myself Lana. Just the thought of getting my face and head soaking wet is making me nervous. I freak out and feel like I’m going to drown.”
