Made for my girlfriend, seeing that we both love MLPfim and Fallout, I decided to fangirl about the Fallout Equestria series by making fan characters.

Oggy Lovely, as much as her "lovely" name may suggest, is about as sexual and as demented as Psychoshy. Now, that being said, at least she has some guidelines on who not to kill. Moogie, being one of those select few, mainly for the reason that Oggy just likes her. Lucky Moogie for not being a dead pony.

Oggy, although she doesn't show it much, is actually a Dashite from the Pegasus Enclave, but had escaped the branding process before hoof, thus keeping her cutie mark.

As she stays by the other Pegasus' side throughout the Equestrian Wasteland, listening to the stories of Security and the Stable Dweller, Moogie likes to believe that little by little Oggy may be growing a bigger heart for others. Or at least, that's what she believes. But for now, Oggy is content with traveling with the rouge Moogie, and is perfectly fine accepting that smaller world, especially compared to the nasty truth of the Wasteland, it's no contest as to why.
