Ctya Cyn
[first name similar to "Kcha", last name rhymes with "mine"]
Race: (Southwest) European Goblin
Sex: Female
Age: 25 (adult)
Height: 4' 1"; 124.5 cm

Ctya was raised among her own kind and human monks for most of her childhood. She is a native speaker of an Anglo-Saxon dialect with some elements of Old Basque mixed in*. She appears hyperactive and very childish in nature to those unfamiliar with her and the quirks of her kind (a neurotypical goblin would probably be considered to have ADHD or SPD by human standards but since their communities are built around this it is not an issue for them). Ctya is very tactile and always seems to be tying knots, fiddling with her surroundings, and (especially when it comes to Taylor) playing with people's hair. She also literally worships birds and is a bit of a pyromaniac with a prankster's gambit. Ctya is very intelligent and quick on her feet. She uses the way others doubt her to her advantage.

The feather on her head is worn at almost all times and is woven (at the base) to her hair. It was once white back in a simpler time when she was on her way to becoming a cleric for her people, something the white feather symbolized. She had a secret lover (scandalous because clerics and those becoming them are expected to be celibate) who got killed. To show her shame and to mark this bloody past, she dyed the feather red and left. She was captured by humans in Amarem after many incidents of (successful) theft. Taylor freed her while robbing a place in pursuit of a flint-lock rifle. She stuck with the group when she saw they had a giant bird.

(Also yes, she is an adult. Goblins in the Attainder universe are flatchested unless they are chubby or are lactating. This has led ignorant humans to think female goblins do not exist.)

*centuries ago many goblins picked up the language due to trade with the Basque people and retained it even as they drew northward
