This is my loooong overdue Xmas present to my best friend/sister, Kay Kay. I am sooooooooo fucking sorry it took this long, but I hope it was worth the wait!

When I asked her what she wanted for a present last year, she said a picture of us, and she gave me suggestions like when we're living together (we plan to move in together when my dad's heath is in order and I have a sustainable income) or just us generally being...us.

Well, for one, when we saw Frozen I can't tell you just how much we related with the main characters, Elsa and Anna. Anna is literally exactly like me - quirky, awkward, weird, but in all the right ways, as well as headstrong and a bit of a go-getter, naive, AND A GINGER YES - while Kay Kay related to Elsa in her own ways :3 While Pocahontas is still my favorite Disney woman, I've never had a favorite Disney Princess until now~

Now while we were squeeing in the theater (by ourselves, mind you - it's fragging awesome having an entire theater room to just yourself and your best friend~) and discussing how fantastic it is that we've found two characters we totally adore like this, I was like "ohmaigawd Kay Kay we should totally dress up like Elsa and Anna together sometime, maybe for Halloween or something!" and she was like "Yeah that sounds great!" then I took it another step and was all "I wonder if I should make the dress or just buy one..." and Kay Kay was like "HOLD UP U WANNA WEAR A DRESS?"

Just cuz I'm a guy doesn't mean I can't wear dresses XD Kay Kay told me to just get a suit of a genderbent Anna or something, but idk and also idc cuz it's whatever and I don't even know if I'll ever be able to cosplay Anna - I'm not a huge cosplayer and don't really have the funds to support such a hobby right now haha

But point is, it was a fun thought and I enjoyed it. So I decided that if I can't bring it to life IRL, I might as well bring it to life via a silly picture of Kay Kay and I being well, ourselves XD I hope you enjoy~ I haven't done something silly and cartoony like this in a good, long while...it felt nice to get back to the fun and goofy stuff I used to draw all the time :3 I didn't know just how much I missed it 'til now, ha~

IF YOU WANT TO CRITIQUE ME READ THE INFORMATION BELOW:
This is extremely sketchy, cartoony/anime, and whimsical; I wasn't going for hard details at all, just a basic concept. I was at least trying to be anatomically correct however, so I'm hoping that we can at least safely say it's correct if nothing else.

The costumes themselves I was looking for more of an at-a-glance recognition of who we're cosplaying rather than a hard work, rather detailed version of exactly what you'd see in the movie. If you're concerned with the detail work of something, look at my other frozen fan art piece here and consider critiquing it instead:
