Yeah, I liked that a lot too.
I think I preferred Static over the Batman show, but I really did like Batman Beyond.
I only prefer Static cause it really did get into some pretty important things and really addressed them instead of skirting around them.-
I know that the creator of the comic book and character actually had input in the direction of the show--so I think that's why "Static Shock" had deeper emotional and important things. :)
DC tried reviving both "Static Shock" and "Batman Beyond" in comic book form when the New 52 started (or right before), but neither sold well to last more than 8-10 issues. Now they're trying to revive "Batman Beyond" again...but they're not using Terry McGinnis for Batman--something about Tim Drake travelling through time (because of the "Convergence" event) and becoming the new Batman??? :o

.... weird. Not sure how to feel about that but then again... It's a thing.
I want a reboot of the Static show. That needs to happen.-
DC makes some really weird decisions sometimes. I don't even understand why they make many of them. They keep thinking they need to dramatically revamp things for people to like them...but I think more fans would be happy for things to stay as they are with just new stories. :)
Maybe it will, sometime! :D

It was a really great show. I know that "Batman Beyond", which came out around the same time also gets a lot of non-love, but I liked that one, too. It was neat to see the crossover they did with both shows. :)
