Is it just because people won't let you mail it to them? It seems many people want things like this, but they won't give out their address to get them.......at least that's what I've encountered.

Awwww...that's too bad! People can be so snarky or picky. I would buy one, but I don't have a PayPal...not many people are willing to accept alternate (by mail) payments...that's usually why I can't get things from people. :(

I don't mind taking mail payments but they can be kind of iffy/dangerous cause it could get stolen.
You don't need paypal though to pay an invoice I don't think at least...-
I know...I am always very careful on things like that. I always send payments through a Priority Mail box, that way it can always be tracked as well. :)
I don't really know anything about PayPal. If I can't use my credit card, I usually don't purchase things online. I wait until conventions and get commissions there...unless I send money to Kilo or Kiba. :)

Well you don't have to have pay pal connected to a bank account. That one I know.
But past that, you can pay invoices with a credit card.-
And I should mention that you can pay an invoice with a credit card with out making an account as well.

I guess that means you would have find an artist willing to send an invoice, right? From what I've heard over the years at FA, many are too lazy to do that.
I admit, most of it is my age and the internet being confusing and uncomfortable. It is hard for me to be motivated to try new things, because I am easily scared by the Internet........

Yeah, I can understand.
If you request an artist to send it then they really should.
If they say no, then just say "Alright, thank you for your time but I'm going to pass on the commission this time then."
Cause if the artist gave a fuck they should just send it. It's not that hard.
That and it's going to become a thing more often now with the whole paypal thing going on right now.-
Then I will try to look into that and consider it!
