This was a request from my January 22nd stream, as part of an effort to develop a list of examples for how my paid Livestream doodles will look .

Underwater scenes seemed to be the dominant theme in my stream the other night, as SandyN asked for something of their wolf character underwater... And since I was given free reign over what would be going on, I decided just having her floating about or swimming wouldn't do.

Therefore, Sandy ended up running into one of my lesser-known dragons in humanoid form, a Moramay woman named Minerva. I've NEVER had the opportunity to draw Minerva outside of her concept art, so I had an absolute blast drawing this picture~

Moderate mostly for Minerva's almost-topless-ness.
