The iceplant at Pt. Reyes is such a nasty invasive asshole; yet another one of those "let's solve this problem by creating MORE PROBLEMS!" ecological management solutions that were all the rage in California at the turn of the century. That said, it really is staggeringly pretty; there are some more pics on my tumblr that show more of the iceplant and the sand cliffs.

OH MY GOSH. Your dog is really pretty so I hope this isn't an asshole thing to do but THOSE PLANTS. THOSE ARE REALLY CUTE. The sun stress red is so nice and there's little bunches of them they're like chalk sticks but way prettier aaaaaaaaa nerdingaboutsucculentsforever
