Wonderful work. Really colorful works tend to have some issues where while the colors contrast, the values fon't. You did great job avoiding that, especially with the blue outlines.
One thing you might want to try later is to add more lines to the eyes for more extreme expressions. Ones in the undereye and the center most end of the eyebrow can add a lot more distress.
