GroLabs Security Incident: Ten

GroLabs Security Incident: Ten

Ten sighed and set the shrink ray aside. They didn’t have many guns back where he came from. The technology was over his head entirely, but it did have aim assist. He didn’t need to have very good aim with this thing. That kept the thinking out of the process, and instead allowed the Hisuian Typhlosion to point and shoot.

He squatted in place, arms placed on his thighs, and squinted down to get a better look at the shrunken micros. Quinn, Kuiper, and Kaz looked up from far down at ground level. This was consensual shrinking, each of them was completely willing to be tiny or tinier than usual. Micro May or something? He wasn’t familiar with that but he WAS familiar with how to deal with people smaller than him.

All three micros were caught between two, hot, Typhlosion paws, looking way up at the beefy bulk blocking light bodily. “You’re sure this is going to be safe?” Quinn asked, coyote tail wagging despite the imminent danger.

“He said it would be fine, and I trust him. After all he’s ALWAYS big,” Kaz said. His wagging was more enthusiastic though.

Kuiper put an arm around the shoulders of Kaz the Yamper and Quinn the coyote. “And there’s no better way to end Micro May than this.” His hands were cold of course, but that made sense for an ice elemental meerkat.

“SO,” Ten thundered from seemingly miles above. “WHERE TO PUT YOU FIRST…”

But the Typhlosion’s decision was made for him with the growling of his stomach. It sounded like a deep, rumbling volcano about to erupt to the trio of tinies. Fingers as wide across as an 18-wheeler reached down to pick them each up. Ten wasn’t very delicate with the task but then again how could he be? It was like picking up crumbs from the ground while being careful to not crush them into smaller pieces. Only one of them made it safely into the hand; Quinn and Kuiper were knocked away by the rushing air of Ten’s palm instead of being captured.

Kaz was surrounded by darkness, held in a prison of Typhlosion fist. When Ten opened his fingers Kaz was able to see how high in the air they’d come. Far enough from the ground that they had to squint to see the blurry floor below. Kaz looked over the edge of the palm on his hands and knees, just before a tongue swiped across the soft flesh of Ten’s palm and caught the dog Pokemon.

Ten barely even tasted the Yamper, pressing his tongue to the roof of his mouth and trying to find his snack. But he knew that swishing his snack around would make the experience more entertaining for Kaz.

Next Ten decided this was the perfect time to take a break from work While eating the canine. He took a seat on the ground paying no attention to his ass’s location. Especially not the fact that Quinn and Kuiper were still there. The coyote and meerkat struggled briefly with what to do, whether to run away or toward the Typhlosion. In the end self-preservation won out. They tried to get away from a wall of shorts-clad Pokemon butt eclipsing more and more of their escape route.

Kuiper tried to get away with a running dive at the last moment, flopping to the ground just out of reach of Ten’s backside. Even so, the impact of sitting on the ground was enough to toss the meerkat a few inches away, relatively blown away by the explosive impact of so much Pokemon rump pressed into the cold, tiled floor.

Coughing and struggling to get the dust out of his nose, Kuiper was able to turn around just enough to see mountainous thighs surrounding him on either side. The thick legs rose miles above him. And beneath the left cheek was a coyote tail, barely able to be seen at the tip. Kuiper’s blood ran cold, even colder than usual for an ice elemental. That could’ve been him. The meerkat couldn’t wait around for something else to happen, stumbling backward into a sprint again away from Ten’s towering body.

“Well, I’ll put all of this down as a ‘security incident’ in the use log. That would explain why the shrink ray got used, and where you three went.”

Ten waited for the meerkat to run away far enough to tire himself out. As he saw the small, blue speck slow down the titanic Typhlosion picked it up between two fingers. Smearing those fingers between two of his toes, he stood again to put sandals back on. Safe keeping while he took a longer break from the job. Maybe his long break for the day, a whole hour or longer.
