The story behind this image is quite sweet =)
A friend of mine wanted a special gift for a friend of hers who is getting married in June. Apparently when they were younger, her friend always wanted to have a fairy wedding as she was very much into fairies. As an adult, my friend thought it would be neat to have custom art done representing her friend getting married in the fairy wedding she used to talk about. That is like...the best idea ever!!!

Her dress is made to look like the brides and will have a purple sash to match her dress. Her hairstyle is similar to what she plans to wear and the groom has the eyebrow ring to match her soon to be hubbies. Everything else I had free reign =)

I did not plan on adding as much color as I did, but over the course of the burning phase I had managed to make this way too dark so color was my solution to brighten it up a bit. I used watercolor pencils and a few gel pens =)

Pictures simply do not do this burning justice. Because of its size (10 1/2" X 13 1/4") it is too big to fit on my scanner.
