This is a box my grandfather made as part of a commission for a wedding commissioned by the groom for his bride to be. I had a lot of fun with this one! Fall colors are the brides favorite which made color a very important part of this project.
These pictures are of the box before the finish was applied and the lining glued in, the end result was absolutely beautiful!
The yellow of the grass fades perfectly into the background which is exactly what I had hoped would happen.
I was so happy to be able to show this off to the happy couple and see both of their reactions which any artist can attest to, is the best feeling in the world <3
