Rank 11: John Bacchus (ジョン バックス) or John Balks, the Mayor of Sakurami City and is mastermind behind the Diary Game as he was the one who convince Deus to create the battle royale that will determine Deus' successor. His diary is the Watcher Diary which enables him to read the other diary users entries including the Apprentice Diary users.
