Rank 10: Karyuudo Tsukishima (月島 狩人), the rich dog breeder who loves dogs more than his family who hold the Breeder's Diary which allows him to control his dogs to attack his enemies using his cell phone by voice command. However, the disadvantage is that the more dogs that user control, the greater concentration needed to command all of them which leaves the user vulnerable.

It would be a problem for Artemis since the character is male, but she learn to deal with it. (Don't worry, the mustace is fake)
