Rank 12: Yomotsu Hirasaka (平坂 黄泉), the blind super sentai hero who holds the Justice Diary which has the ability to tell him what evil deeds that will happen in the future which range from normally criminal like plotting murder to the nonsensical like littering. Also, his diary can hypnotize people by giving them illusions and get them in his control.

It doesn't make sense since Yomotsu is involved in anything relating to dead people, maybe "dead bodies" applies to hypnosis.
