...Wow. You really DID make this a tough decision, didn't you? I honestly have NO idea which option is the right one, especially since any one of them could turn out in any number of ways, some not even necessarily having anything directly to do with the initial choice...

All that I can really stipulate is that option D would technically be the safest choice, because it would essentially be the equivalent of "folding" in a poker game. But it certainly would not be a WINNING choice. If I were in a similar situation, I'd be tempted to go for option A, but I also know that parents aren't exactly always the best decision-makers when it comes to their children, either. Option B would be the most direct, but also the most risky, since the emotional drama that would likely ensue from it could very easily make things even worse than they already are. Option C would certainly be the most noble intention-wise, but like D might also be a major sacrifice on Lukan's part and may-or-may-not result in sitcom-style hijynx. XD. This leaves Option E, which I have a very...very...VERY slight feeling might be the right one, because it will put the ball in Klaus's court, and hopefully give him the time he needs to come to his OWN decision on the situation; basically Lukan will taking a "leap of faith" in Klaus, despite the so-recent betrayal of said faith.

So, in OTHER words...
