Anyway, since he's the author and I'm just here to make the purdy pictures, I'll be serving a heaping helping of Copy Pasta for the character descriptions, along with a bit of rambling from me about the image below it. (And this here at the top.) Enjoy!

Draxis comes from a very poor and broken family. Burdened with an alcoholic mother and no father he was forced to shoulder the parental responsibilities at a young age. He works a full time job after school to pay the bills and does odd jobs for extra cash during the weekends. Having to be the adult of the house has left him morose and silent though he has never been one to talk unless something needed to be said. He is extremely well built because he has found that hard physical labor gives him clarity of thought so lifts weights whenever he feels the need to think. An accident with his second hand weight bench left his voice broken and gravelly and only helped to make him less talkative.

Refusing to take charity of any kind everything he owns is second hand except for the St. Michael medallion given to him by his mother during one of her frequent hospital visits from alcohol abuse. Jarin and his family have learned to use his birthday and holidays to give him anything he might need in the guise of presents along with his actual gifts from them. He had learned to grudgingly accept the gifts knowing his best friend and his parents just want to help.

Draxis and Jarin met after the school district changed the zoning for each school in the city they live in. Walking home from school one day Draxis happened upon Omet and two of his cronies picking on a younger student in a secluded area by the school. He and Jarin found themselves fighting back to back with each other and formed a bond in protecting Timmin who was Omet’s favorite victim.

Ah, Draxis. <3 I don't draw a lot of muscley-guys, but I think he turned out alright.

I like him alright, and I think his jeans are well done color wise... But I'm very much not fond of his shoes. I can not draw sneakers/human feet.
