Last time, I did a cat from the 80s, and now I present a dog from the 80s. Namely, Cooler from Pound Puppies. Much like With Catillac Cats, the actual cartoon was a bit before my time, but my family had the movie on tape, so I was more familiar with that (hence why I went for the movie version of Cooler instead of the TV show version).
