Modernizing it's navy, the MR finally upgrade it's aging and unimpressive fleet into an unstoppable armada. Along with this swift action, the "Electroviper II" was upgraded with the most newest and advanced technology available.

This upgraded Cruiser has new offensive capabilities like ASM and StL Missiles, Large Laser Cannons, Medium and Large STS IDEAI Turrets. It has one defense against Aircraft using "Wolf Spider" IDEAI AA Turrets. Other capabilities include AVD, Comm Towers, ACA, a Helipad and a Dome Radar.
