Every person has a sense of vulnerability, but it doesn't necessarily mean that you are weak. Weakness is a choice. Vulnerability simply means you are a victim of something. But again, not weak. That's at least how I think of it...

I'm sorry you feel that way. I feel that way too, a lot. It's nothing too serious, but it can be mentally damaging to some degree.
