The best possible scenario happened. We got called this morning, she was picked up by a nice family just down the street. They had kept her overnight, so she was safe and sound the whole time. I'm so relieved I'm shaking. Bad news is we might need to keep her tethered in the backyard now. We had already patched any gaps underneath the fence with a wood border, rock layering, and chicken wire, and none of that was able to keep her inside. She is flippin' unstoppable.
I'm gonna go lay down with an ice pack on my back (hurt it running), and eat some food.
Edit: Also thank you all so much for the well wishes. I really appreciated the concern while I was flipping out, even if I didn't have time to respond.

Okay that's a big relief. And it seems like that pup's gonna be a trouble maker indeed.
Rest up, you've earned it after all the stress and running after her.
