Now that I'm not in the middle of the crisis itself, I just wanted to post some more details.

The stream is definitely not going to happen today, so as I mentioned, I'll be keeping the names in and drawing them for next week.

All my files are just fine, as I do regular backups. There were just a couple files from the last month that I hadn't backed up yet, so I went through and double checked I had those.

I already have a new hard drive ordered, and I'm also getting an external hard drive finally so I can do auto back ups to that as I go, instead of manually hooking up an HD once a month.

My incredibly patient and fabulous friend Runefox is helping to walk me through the necessary steps, testing the computer, etc., and will be helping me set up auto back ups to a cloud after I get my new parts.

Right now we've just finished figuring out what parts of my HD are failing, so Windows can do... some sort of thing where it purposefully doesn't access those, and I can kind of limp along in the mean time. I'm not going to chance streaming though, in case I lose my work in the middle of a drawing. My HD isn't 100% dead just yet, it's just starting to fade away. It showed signs it was on its way out a couple months ago, too, so this was a bit expected. I've had it since... before I started Twincest, so at least 4 years, maybe 5?

So yeah, no need to panic too much. I'm also fortunate enough that I can afford to buy replacement parts, and I'm incredibly thankful for that! Thanks to all of you for commissioning me and allowing that to happen over the years.

For now, my plan is to work on traditional media art, like commissions or prep work for FA:U. Having a smart phone really makes this a lot easier, too, as I can still remain in communication with you all. Hooray for technology~
