I really wish people on here would be better about rating their submissions, because I'm still seeing a lot of sexual themes on the homepage when my max rating is set to general. If it's fetish art in any sense it should be 18+ (non-sexual)
is there a way to report improper ratings? I don't want to see this fetish stuff or sexual themes on the homepage.

yup! right next to the favorite button on submissions there's a report button that allows you to select what the 'violation' is and a text box to give reason/info on the piece.
