Going to try to be more active here by anniekitty
I'm having issues with FA for more then one reason...
So I'm going to try to be more active here.
I don't really have a whole lot of watchers... and not a whole lot of people are active here in general.
There are no sites that are more active then FA and DA... but these are also very problematic sites in general...
So I want to try to be more active here and actually get into a community that I feel okay being in.

I'm very much considering leaving FA for good.
Hopefully a lot (or even a few) of the popular artists will move here. -
Welcome. If you have the Waxpost addon for Chrome or Firefox, it should make the porting process a little easier. As far as watcher, it will take sometime for people to pick up their heels and make the move but I'm sure the nasty ads on FA is making such action more appealing.

Nah. I kind of like the process of doing it by hand so to speak. Get to pick the ones that I really like and I can put em on here.

I left FA about two months ago...while there are people I still miss...I don't really miss the environment that was happening over there. I feel a lot better with myself and my art on this site. It's quiet, but some of us are pretty active daily here. :)

I'm not a fan of fa, but I feel like I have to post art on there to get followers sometimes.
I can't bring myself to leave dA because I've had that profile since I was 14 and I'm now 22.. lol
I love this site because of the formatting and its very easy to use, but not a lot of people are on here for more than art dumping unfortunately.
I would say go for it and upload all the art you want on here if you're moving to here completely :)-
I only really left DA because of some really really awful experience I've had there but I'm in the same boat. I've been on DA for 8 years, so also since I was 14.
I do really like the formatting of Weasyl, I'll admit to that, yeah.
I guess the real reason I don't want to leave FA is because as much as I struggle to get commissions there... at least I get commissioned at all.

Same here. I can't deal with FA anymore, and I think that the tasteless ads were the last straw...
Anyway. Welcome to Weasyl--where nobody is. Haha.
