Setting up some YCHs, what do you want to see? by Skulldog

As I wind down the last of the March/April commission queue this coming week, I'd like to take it a little easier the rest of the month while I get ready for Morphicon.

Planning to do some nice full scene YCHs and maybe a few smaller icon/bust type things as well.

  • Are there any settings, subjects, or themes you'd really like to see as a full rendered YCH scene?
  • Any interest in presketched icons, or 'print your own' digital badges done YCH style?

    I think something with a dragon/gryphon would be really cool! You can never go wrong with full spring scene too at this time of year too.

    Personally, I'm interested in deserty things, jungley-things, and macro-y things. But YCH's are very much hit-or-miss with me.

    You should consider the themes of coming conventions, and maybe make the YCH around one of them. E.g., a Viking scene for AC.

    I love relaxed scenes, though I am uncertain how well they are loved in the YCH arena. Like someone relaxing in tree shade or something on a hot day. Or a park bench or something where wind is blowing across a field :B Or dreamscapes. Dreamscapes are fun.
