Issue with tablet (Gimp 2.8 and Win 7) by Farouche
I've been reading a lot of forums and guides about this issue but can't find a clear answer.
I used to have Gimp on Mac OS with no issue, but since I switched to Windows 7 I can't get Gimp to recognize my tablet (the tablet works otherwise, but as a regular mouse with no pressure sensitivity). When I want to edit the input device in the settings, tablet pen doesn't appear there (nor the eraser or anything). Only thing that appears is the core pointer.
Some people seem to point at a compatibility issue between Gimp and Win 7 64-bit, some people advise to go back to Gimp 2.6, but none of that is very clear.
Has anybody here encountered the same issue? And found a solution?

C'est sans doute un bug de driver/logiciel wacom. Tente d'installer la dernière version ou une version précédente.

Si tu connectais sur skype ou steam ça serait plus simple =P
Sinon avec un peu de recherche GIMP 2.8 a des soucis de compabilité avec toute les wacom pour ça qu'on t'as conseiller de prendre GIMP 2.6

Merci je teste ça dès que je peux! Et pareil je me connecterai à Skype... quand je pourrai. :P Je sors régulièrement en ce moment et du coup je zappe.

Nyeuh, j'm'y connais pas trop en tablet mais je me débrouille en soucis de compabilité, viens me poker sur skype =3
