That's actually a really good question. I wonder the same thing, and I encourage it! I also feel like that'd be labeled as such under the "Electronic Category" :)

I labeled the topics into the two broad genres because I wouldn't dare break albums into all the crazy sub-genres that each contain. That's why I tag the albums. Electronic will be given to songs that have more techno-esque instruments then non-electronic ones, and visa-versa.

Have you considered compiling an album dedicated to the retro scene? I know for a fact that I'm not the only furry musicians who's dabbled in synthwave, among other genres.
