you guys have linkedin? i'm just curious, i have one for job searching and stuff but wouldn't mind connecting with others on it to help boost eachother up on stuff. XDD

oh also udemy.com, amaaazing if you want to learn some stuff that you need for potential things.

    I remember looking through udemy and just did a retake. Most of it seems really basic, so its' good for people just getting into a subject (The Free Japanese Language course would've gotten me to sign up if I wasn't already neck deep in Mandarin). Programming and Tech course look lacklustre in the same way ECDL is over here. But this caught my eye: https://www.udemy.com/2d-academy-animation-101/ Tony White teaching a class on animation? I'd totally sign up for this, only problem is I don't think he's mentoring it and it's a class corroboration thing. Also all the slides and text is from his book which is a tenth of the price of the course and the book also comes with CD with the lectures.

    But thanks for sharing this as I think I'll take up the Singing classes.

      no probs udemy gives you certificate after you finish a class so thats a perk too XD

    I have one, but I honestly never touch it. I also read of a study recently that stated linkedin doesn't really help any more with finding work than not being on linkedin, but I'm sure it really depends on what sorts of work you're looking for :O

    I'm on LinkedIn! Just kinda started with it, but it's been useful for staying connected with clients and stuff, plus a lot of job places let you connect to LinkedIn to automatically fill out some application stuff.
