Assume things about me and I'll say if they're true or false.
Explain them if you want but there's no need haah. I'll give my own assumption about you if I have one.
I HAD NO FRIENDS WHEN I WAS A KID.
For some reason I assume that you don't have any pets and, if you did, it would be a cat.
Nope - I've been keeping rats for over a decade, my current rats are half-wild (I mean gene-wise, as for temperament they are skittish but very gentle and loving). I'd like to get a dog too but I'm not a cat person - I enjoy interacting with my friends' cats but would rather have no pets than keep a cat myself.
I think we discussed it once! :D I don't like snakes but I'm okay with some lizards and such but I need my pets to be fuzzy and cuddly and actively interact with me, so it's rats and dogs for me (when it comes to cats I mostly dislike them because of their habits - only cats I like are those weird ones that act more like dogs).
I've been going around throwing a few assumptions at people at once, but let's try.
You know what I mean when I say long pig.
You're a epistaxiophile.
You may have anticipated struggling with a webcomic due to how much you've focused on figure studies than other aspects.
You may have read stories by Sheila McCullagh, in particularly the series Tim and the Hidden People.
You have a book or PDF on Mortician Science, Human Pathology or Forensic Biology.
I figured you would've had some reference of how an autopsy is performed as evisceration is usually done with a y-incision so it makes sense that you would've done primary research. Opposed to watching Forensic Dramas only, because they tend to over look certain details or overly sensationalize what they're doing. Such shows are also really cringe-worthy if you've studied any field of forensics, which I don't think you have but I did for a few years. Luckily the only human remains I've handled is bones.
I've never handled any sort of human remains. Plus never watched any forensic dramas for reference haah. I would've got into studying stuff like that but school environments completely wipe me out. Most of my research comes from looking at sites I probably shouldn't on the internet.
Though recently I've made plans to get into taking animals apart, so that should be a fun way to get references on things.
There is this thing I can't remember what it's called for people who collect animal remains for study, like an amateur scientist. The only thing I really know is that they recommend using black plastic bags to carry them till you can get back and also 'car-pooling' is inconvenient due to how morbid the hobby is.

Back when you were a kid you didn't have many friends, or close friends at least?
I need to do this meme too!
