There's a bit of an exodus come from FA right now because of all the shit going on there, and there is a tool that let's people find the artists on Weasyl that they were watching on FA.

A lot of people are coming from Furaffinity due to recent events but, surprisingly, I'm also finding a lot of people coming over from Deviantart due to completely unrelated reasons. It's kind of funny to see all these furries and nonfurry folks interacting together with pretty much no friction or negativity toward each others. It's kinda amazing. ^^

Can't speak for anyone else, but I'm moving over here from FA and manually importing my watch list. I assume many others are doing the same given how recent events are going.
