Just wanted to pop in and say hello! I'm not sure how many of my followers are Weasyl originals, or simply people who stalked me from FA, but, regardless, thank you for following my account here!
I know I've been rather spotty with Weasyl in the past, but I'm hoping to become more active here. I'm also trying to figure out which connect I should maybe make Weasyl-exclusive so that people who follow me on multiple accounts don't just see the same old thing.
I'm thinking of posting more sketches here than I do on FA-- like I do with my art Tumblr. I tend to treat my accounts as follows:
FA: completed works, refined sketches
DA: completed works
Tumblr: completed works, refined sketches, sketches in general
So I hope you all like sketches because I love them <3 ~ u ~

It really depends on which website you're wanting to treat as your 'main' gallery.. I think if you're wanting to use Weasyl much more, perhaps knock FA down to simply sketches and such and use Weasyl for more finished work? Just a suggestion.

I post finished work to all of my galleries; I don't consider that a "main" gallery trait. Where I post art more frequently-- including sketches-- is where I consider myself most comfortable and situated. (Currently, that is only with Tumblr.)
This is probably not the most "professional" trait, and so my DA might seem the most professional in that it is void of sketch work, but I enjoy sketches immensely and consider them an important part of my work. That being said, however, I feel that knocking any account of mine down to simply sketch work would make the account very colourless and not worth hosting (since, as much as I like sketches, I also like colour and variety.)

Oddlythough, with the organization folders here on Weasyl, i tend to take the opposite approach and post everything on FA, and thn post "the best stuff" as wellas finished Non furry stuff, here on Weasyl. There is no prohibition on humans here. You can also set up folders to Not appreat in "recents" or make them friends only. The level of customization here is a lot higher.

With the folder capabilities though wouldn't it make more sense to have more variety with a Weasyl gallery then though? Like in terms of all sorts of work, including sketches

Well NOW yes, of course it does NOW> but I am wondering how much of my old crap to drag across. XD. But yes NOW it makes mroe sense.

I think that's the toughest part about making a new gallery on any site-- trying to decide what work is worth reuploading
