That's super neat actually, other galleries should have something like that too. This way everyone has a fair opportunity to be at the front page~!

It most certainly is! 8D And other sites really should do that. I don't know why they don't, to be entirely honest.
It gives everyone a bit of limelight, and yet allows people to quickly 'spam' up all the art they may not have posted for the past week. lol

When you upload something, there's a checkbox that allows you to disable submission notifications for it! It's helpful for uploading masses of art or bulk art and you don't want people to be overwhelmed. Of course, then new followers won't get the the chance to see your old art, so it's a trade-off.

If I read this right in the Weasyl Feature section, on the front page they limit the submissions from any one artist to three. Replacing the oldest with the newest submission, so don't worry too much about spam. Only the people who watch you will get it all in their inbox. o3o
