So with the new year just around the corner, and after quietly lurking the shit-pits of FA and seeing the hot mess happening over there nowadays, I've decided that I'll be setting up here for good. I haven't been doing a whole lot of artwork lately, and the writing's been slow, but I do have a huge order of chainmaille and scalemaille supplies on the way, so as I get some fancy shiny things made and learn to make different weaves and jewellery and such, I'll be posting pictures of them here! I've already got some pretty great stuff planned, so keep an eye out for that!

... Just a matter of these freakin' snowstorms stopping long enough for me to actually, y'know, get my supplies! D:> It's a total bummer, it's finally been processed and finished up at one of the Canada Post offices in my town, and it was supposed to be delivered on Friday, but then we had a huge storm on Friday that shut everything down so it didn't get delivered, and now I have to wait until Monday because the post doesn't run on the weekends. But there's another hugeass storm coming on Monday, which means the post office might shut down again and I'll have to wait even longer. :( BOOOOO.

Drawn art is... probably not going to be happening very much anymore, admittedly. Don't get me wrong, I still love sitting down and doing it from time to time, and I've picked up a gorgeous sketchpad app on the new Asus tablet Dad gave me for Christmas, buuuut... I also love not feeling obligated to draw things I don't like anymore, which is sort of why I stopped in the first place; I've gotten pretty burned out from it, for the most part. Will I pick it up more regularly again? Possibly! That would be nice, especially now that I can experiment with a few different styles that I really admire. But in the meantime, I'm a little more interested in branching out into different things and really trying to find something that's a bit more... me, I guess! Which is part of where the chainmaille comes in. I'm dying to get my hands on it!

I'll probably find some dumb pictures or sketches to upload in the meantime, though. :P Don't be afraid to say hi, or send friend requests!
