Is anyone else seeing this?

As of some random time yesterday afternoon, I see this ad on top of every Skype conversation. (Why adverstise Skype on Skype? WTF)

...but so far none of my friends are seeing this, so I wonder if this shouldn't be happening.

Is this is a warning sign of spyware or something?

If I watch this stupid thing will it go away?

Dare I go against all instinct and click a web ad for the first time?

ATM my solution is to use an IM handler *cough*trillian*cough*

...but it doesn't feel right to still use a program I can no longer stand looking at through 3rd party software...

...and now I have my data spied on by one more company...
