So, wow, yeah...this is a bigger deal than even I thought, regarding FA... by Pyra Jya-Luquay

At least in regards to seeing a huge amount of people I know from FA suddenly jumping ship and either reactivating old or creating new accounts on other platforms. It's like everytime FA "clarifies" or "updates" Policy 2.7 yet again, more people leave because it alienates even more groups of artists. ^^;

      I know a guy who got banned from FA for "a minor in an unsafe situation" last year. Said minor was a Paw Patrol pooltoy... I've been leery of FA ever since because pooltoys are the bulk majority of my content. While the policy has always existed, the current revisions suddenly make it easy to arbitrarily enforce without considering things on a case-to-case basis. It's no surprise so many people are angry about it! XD

        The rules are completely mod opinion based. Rules based on individual opinions aren't rules. They can't be followed. It's ridiculously messed up. The mods viewing all art as real children or animals is also super creepy. Reading mod comments to people's concerns was just a trip. Like, one mod (Sciggles) thinks Eevees are all puppies. The rule doesn't matter if a mod has this sort of opinion on eevees And can enforce it as such. "I think all pool toys are children because they're toys, and thus this is banned for minor in nsfw" is how the rule is set. That's crazy. Rules up to interpretation aren't rules.

          I agree with what's being said here, I don't like how they consider all chibis to be "minors", even if they're adult chibis, and that chibis and other species such as gatomon and eevee apparently aren't allowed in adult situations because the staff consider them all "mInOrS". Heck I've even seen alot of fullgrown eevees, vulpixes, and patamons even, and other adult characters in cute/chibi styles, and I'm aware that characters like these sometimes take part in adult content, and I think it's perfectly valid. why? because they are consenting adults! like nevermind how small and cute their bodies are, that doesn't make them any younger than the age they actually are. looks don't matter, as long as they're an adult at the legal age, it's perfectly okay! /nmu /nbr
