one good news: my ribs are slowly getting better, its not as uncomfortable as it was when it first started :D found out the reason, it was due to a med i was taking for heartburn that caused me pain on my ribs , which happened to other people too and they had to stop as well. gonna just get rid of heartburn naturally from now on :).
