So I been on weasyl for a while now and a few years ago just made a new account but I also noticed there's not a whole lot of activity goin on, from when I first joined, it's pretty rare that I recive favs or comments or anything here and every time I post it seems like my art goes pretty unnoticed?? I'm not sure if I plan on being active here if it continues like this sooo just wondering?? I have other social links where I post my art that seem to be more active then here

alotta people actually post here many times a day, plus I get comments, faves, 'n' follows every now and then, so I would say it's active, just a smol community is all :3 think of it like a nice wee homely town than a biiiiig busy city UwU
weasyl is also one of those places where you gotta go up and interact with others if you want others to interact with you. that's how I earned some ^w^-

it's not really a bad thing that's it's kind of quiet there though.
Id prefer smaller websites then big socials like twitter and insta- stuff like that where everybody migrated for some reason XD
and to no big surprise that's all collapsed on everyone now .w.
I'm trying to get better at interacting with others, lol it just takes some time for me to come out of my shell-
yea I getcha :o I tend to be shy too sometimes, but oddly I find it easier to make friends online :3 offline I'm still the same person, except I'm waaay more shy.. ^-^;

You could use Postybirb to post several places as once ..
Journals are a lot more visible here, and your art will hang on the front page a bit longer then on other sites, but there is ofc less traffic ..
